Better Homes magazine established in 2002 is a four color, high gloss circular, directly mailed to over 45,000 homes in Northwest Hillsborough County. The 45,000 circulation is divided into three magazines which cover Westchase, Carrollwood and Lutz/ LOL. The magazine is packaged, processed and mailed to the top owner occupied single family homes seven times per year. To receive this magazine you must live in a route mailing code is the selected neighborhoods .
